Old-Fashioned Christmas Bazaar!  Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 16th from10 am to 3 pm for this annual fundraiser.  Please be in touch with Senior Elf: Peggy Crook, to sign up for set up and to help on the day of the bazaar.  Now we need baked goods for the always delicious bake sale and/or whatever soup you would like to make for sale that day too.  Come and share the joy!

AS YOU CONSIDER YOUR END OF YEAR GIVING…could you consider making an offering to our food pantry: Fed by Grace?  As we end the calendar year with decreased funding from our usual grants we are finding ourselves with very little left!!  All donations will be most gratefully received.  Please write checks directly to “Fed by Grace.”  May God bless you!

DON’T FORGET that you can read Vestry Minutes and financial reports on the parish bulletin board located in the Undercroft of the Church.

ARE YOU UP TO DATE ON YOUR PLEDGE FOR 2019?    It is easy to fall behind on your pledged giving to the parish.  Please check your records and take this opportunity to “catch-up” if need be.  God bless you! Your parish is depending on you.

COMMEMORATION OF ALL FAITHFUL DEPARTED: Wednesday, November 6th at Noon.  We will keep our annual Commemoration of All Faithful Departed with a special Celebration of the Holy Eucharist.   During the Liturgy Fr. David will read the names of the dearly departed submitted for prayer.  Please complete one of the forms on the back table of the Church or email the names of your departed loved ones to the parish office: graceptj@frontiernet.net.  +May the souls of the faithful Rest in Peace+

COMMITMENT SUNDAY----NOVEMBER 10th is the day when we will all be asked to make a prayerful financial pledge of support to maintain the cost of ministry at Grace Church.  Our parish has a wonderful history of ministry in the Tri-State community.  Members of the Vestry will be present at both 8am and 10:15am Services to receive your pledge for 2018.  Cards will be given to our Senior Warden and Stewardship Chair, Patrick Clark, and will be kept completely confidential. There will be a parish potluck brunch after the 10 am Holy Eucharist to celebrate this year’s generosity as we plan for 2020.
